Kazimieras Petkevičius (January 1, 1926 – October 14, 2008〔 (Mirė legendinis Kauno "Žalgirio" žaidėjas ir treneris K.Petkevičius )〕) was a Lithuanian basketball player who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1952 Summer Olympics and in the 1956 Summer Olympics. He trained at VSS Žalgiris in Kaunas and later at Burevestnik in Leningrad.
He was a member of the Soviet team which won the silver medal. He played all eight matches. Four years later he won his second silver medal as part of the Soviet team.
Petkevičius graduated from the Lithuanian State Physical Culture Institute in 1949 and studied in aspirantura in Leningrad.〔(Straipsnis )〕
Not until recently he worked as an assistant coach for the Lithuanian basketball club Žalgiris-Arvydas Sabonis school.
